  • Yes. You can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

    Please keep in mind that we are a small, fair label. If you are unsure about sizing, colour, fit or anything else before ordering, just reach out. We’re happy to help you choose the right piece.

    Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once your return has arrived back with us, we will refund you within 5 business days.

    Custom-made products cannot be returned. For more details, please see our full Returns Policy.

  • Our standard shipping destinations are within Europe.

    If you would like to place an order from outside Europe, feel free to contact us via email or Instagram and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3 business days.

    Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Custom-made pieces may take longer.

  • Yes.

    Wuffwurld
    All Wuffwurld products (leashes, harnesses and collars) are machine washable at 30°C. We recommend using a washing bag to protect both the product and your washing machine drum.

    Byhumanhand
    Most Byhumanhand clothing can be washed at up to 40°C, unless stated otherwise on the garment label or product description.

    All hand-painted and printed colours are made to withstand regular washing. As many pieces are made from upcycled materials, some garments may require special care, please check the individual product description for specific washing instructions.

  • Most of our pieces are one of a kind or made in very small quantities.

    As we often work with upcycled and second-hand materials, exact fabrics, pearls or details may not be available again once a piece is sold.

  • Because our products are handmade and often created from upcycled materials, small variations may occur. These details are part of what makes each piece unique.

  • We’re always open to custom requests. Feel free to contact us via email or Instagram to discuss ideas, sizing or special pieces.

    As many of our materials are sourced second hand and in small quantities, custom work depends on material availability.

  • Every purchase directly supports the artist or creator behind the work.

    After covering payment and shipping costs, the remaining income goes directly to the maker of the piece. Byhumanhand is built to support independent artists, handmade craft and small-scale creative work rather than mass production.
