Delivery

Your order will be shipped via CTT, UPS, DHL or DPD. Usually we ship with CTT or UPS.

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.

We currently ship to the following countries:

United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

If you would like your order to be shipped outside these countries, feel free to contact us via email or Instagram and we will see what is possible.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Customers are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

Once your return has arrived back with us, your refund will be processed within 5 business days using the original payment method.

Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal from contracts for the delivery of goods in accordance with the following provisions.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are custom-made, personalised or clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
